Welcome to Oral Care Kenya. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By shopping with us online or in-store, you agree to comply with the following terms:

General

  • Oral Care Kenya is a registered business in Kenya specializing in oral hygiene products.
  • These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our website and physical store.
  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.

Products & Availability

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.
  • Product availability may change without notice. If a product is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.
  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may be subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store.
  • For deliveries within Nairobi using our in-house rider, payment can be made upon delivery.
  • For all orders outside Nairobi, full payment is required before dispatch via M-Pesa or other secure payment options.
  • The delivery fee is charged separately and is quoted based on your location at the time of ordering.
  • Oral Care Kenya reserves the right to cancel an order in case of fraud, pricing errors, or breach of these terms.

Delivery

  • We offer fast, reliable delivery across Kenya, both in Nairobi and nationwide.
  • For Nairobi orders, we strive to deliver within 1 hour of confirmation, depending on the location and availability.
  • For the rest of Kenya, delivery is typically completed within 24 hours through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or due to courier delays — but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
  • Any expected delays will be communicated in advance.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of purchase for unopened and unused items.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., toothbrushes, teeth whitening products) are not returnable once opened, unless faulty.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Warranty on Electric Gadgets

  • We offer a limited warranty on all electric oral care gadgets such as electric toothbrushes, water flossers, and LED whitening devices.
  • The warranty covers manufacturer defects and functional issues that are not caused by misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Warranty duration and coverage may vary by product and brand; details are provided at the time of purchase.
  • To claim a warranty, proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement or repair.

Product Use & Advice

  • We offer product recommendations based on oral hygiene needs, but these do not substitute professional dental advice.
